t205 error (stray line type) ?????

Does anyone no what this means. The flip says stray line of type and the seller say's it should say no stray. Has anyone ever seen this type of error on a T card ?

    The SCD Catalog lists 2 types of Moran card (140a and 140b). 140a is "stray line of type below stats" and 140b is "no stray line." 140a seems to be worth about 800% of the 140b and T-205 commons.

    A little tough to see, but you can make out an extra line of type under the stats.
