First off i'd like to think i know my sports well enough to know that the Eagles will not " suck " this year.

Will they win the division this year ? Probablly .

Are they a lock to return to the Super Bowl ? I don't think so

The possibility of using another teams icon surely won't scare me away from a wager.

What makes them so scary? no wr's TE is below avg. running game is below avg. westbrook is never healthy. oline is not dominating. QB jury still out on him. Defense above avg. i dont see this team as the team it was vs. a very weak nfc the last 4 years.

get ready for superbowl hangover in philly. take atlanta to the bank at home week 1.

Kuhlman, the Eagles remind me of the Braves in Baseball. No matter how much you analyze their team in the offseason and talk about how many players they've lost or whatever, it always seem like they win.

well what the braves have done is amazing. but it always shows in the playoffs. they overachieve.

football to me most good teams stay on top like 3-6 years then its over. not as hungry, free agents leave and others want to go somewhere else.

this year will be reid's last. there are better teams then them this year. on paper vikes panthers falcons are all better then the eagles. even on paper im starting to think cowboys are better also, depending on how are 2nd year guys and rookies perform.


Lets not forget the curse of the madden football game! every player thats been on the cover has went down with an injury. maybe mcpuke breaks that curse?

TO is not gone .... yet. Reggie Brown and Greg Lewis need to step up. They will. LJ Smith is not the best, but far from "below avg"

I'm in - I thoroughly enjoyed seeing the Eagles icon in Kuhlmann's posts last season and this is great...now we'll also get see the Eagles icon in KOBE's posts - I'm lovin' it!

PS: Eagles better not lose because having a stinkin' Cowboys icon for my icon for a whole week would make me physically sick that whole week. I don't know if I would be able to stand it...but fortunately I won't have to find out because the Eagles can't lose. Ha!
