Got me USMC Proofs today. It looks like there is a bunch of little spots that look like pieces of lint on both proof coins i got. So i opened the holder, got out the compressed air, and tried to gently remove these. They didn't go anywhere. It ain't lint. Are these the infamous "milk spots" or something completely different?
I am extremely disappointed in the quality of my new toys.
