Sounds shady to me. Isn't goldin sports management the guy who does shop at home? The PSA COA is garbage b/c it's just a cheesy copy of the auction house lot...you could match that with anything.

As for rare...I find it hard to believe hank aaron jerseys are very rare, and the auto on that jersey isn't a very clean sig. I'd be willing to be you could easily get a nice psa/gai/etc. for the opening bid of the goldin one....possibly even less
