Submission Question: Tall Boys and Coins

I have two questions:
1. Do Tall Boys and Salada Coins go on the same invoice? Or do they have to seperated?
2. For the Tall Boy Grading Special, it says "No star cards". What is considered a star? Anything over $500? Or is it player based?
Thanks

I think they are pretty lenient on star cards, as they should be, just don't send in a bunch of Namath rookies and you should be fine.
2. No HOFers period.
Loves me some shiny!
Also Carol made it clear that it is not limited to HOFer's when it says no stars. But I don't know who makes the final determination as it is kind of a gray area.
My Auctions
Whitey Ford - $25
Jim Bunning - $18
Roberto Clemente - $60
Al Kaline - $25
Nellie Fox - $18
Frank Robinson - $25
Warren Spahn - $20
Juan Marichal - $20
Harmon Killebrew - $20
Luis Aparicio - $18
Bob Gibson - $40
Carl Yastrzemski - $30
Hank Aaron - $50
Brooks Robinson - $25
Billy Williams - $22
Orlando Cepeda - $20
Non-HOFers like Skowron ($50), Cisco ($40), Causey ($45), Stuart ($40), and Friend ($45) could be submitted, but not an $18 Aparicio? At the PSA Registry Luncheon Joe Orlando said that PSA was going to lose the common/non-common categories and go with a "less than $500 in PSA 8" vs. "$500 or more in PSA 8" breakdown. This makes much more sense because there is an increased liability in grading expensive cards (not in grading HOFers). I was hoping they'd make that change immediately, but I guess I'll have to wait some more.

One example of a Star Player but not a HOFer would be someone like Pete Rose. The definition is based on the player, value then comes in for the service level (ie: regular, express, walkthrough, etc.)
Here is the definition of a star player in the Lingo section on the website.
star card
A card featuring a star player. In vintage material, a star card is usually a Hall of Fame member, while in modern material it is the players who dominate sports media and national advertising campaigns.
Here is the definition of commons from the same area.
common
A term used to describe a card that is not a rookie, semi-star, or star card. These are usually the least expensive cards in a set. “Singles” has also become a widely acceptable term for commons
so what exactly is a "tall-boy"?
