In addition to Lone Star Coins, I recommend Rufer's Coins on Bandera Road (Hwy 16). I was at both shops on Saturday and they remain the only two in town that have a variety of coins, accurate grading, and no hassle, no hurry when you are in the store. My wife was with me today and at Rufer's Coins she asked about DDO coins and she was provided a great five-minute education with Mercury Dimes and a $900 Washington Quarter. At Lone Star, Mr. Medina took the time to show me some fantastic error coins (Silver Wash Quarter on a dime planchet, 30% off-center Indian Cent, Lincoln cent brockage, missing layer Roosevelt Dime) that he wasn't going to sell and I wasn't going to buy -- all in the name of education and sharing interests. These are the best stores in town, no contest.

I went to Royalty Coins when I was in San Antonio for a Computer Conference. They didn't seem to have a whole lot of stuff other than Bullion. I did buy a couple of nicely toned common date Morgans from them.
