PCGS Authorized dealers

With the recent thread about having dealers submit coins for their customers, what are the requirements or prerequisits for a dealer to become an authorized PCGS submitter?

To become authorized does a dealer have to have references or a backround check? How does PCGS decide which dealers are legitimate enough to be allowed to submit coins to them?

Does PCGS require authorized dealers to submit some minimum number of coins a year to be an authorized dealer?

PM function you ask? Click on "profile" up top, in the colored boxes. Then there's a place for "allow private messages", click on "on". That allows people to leave you one-on-one messages.
My humble '63 mint registry set, not much, but it's mine!

Click on Profile at the top right of the screen.
The scroll down until you see "Allow Private Messages". Click the ON button, then click on "Update Profile" at the bottom of the screen.
