Stone's Mail Experiment

I was out of town for a week, so I finally got around to scanning and posting this.
Apparently the card was returned to Stone the first time he mailed it. The toploader is scotch taped to a postcard backing. I don't know if Stone did that or if the Post Office did. Either way, the card arrived safely.

I think a standard top loader does not meet the minimum size requirement for First Class Mail, hence the postcard to make the item bigger.

Hi CT
I've been feelin like crap and laying low but thanx for the inquiry!
On the toploader, the PO put it on the card themselves when they sent it back to me - if you send a "non-standard" size item like this, since it will be "hand" stamped, it required more than one stamp. They actually asked for 12 cents more but all I had was the 23 cent stamp and then gave it back to my PO person.
I haven't heard from the other person I sent a PSA holder to and I just found an SCD holder in my bag which was also addressed to AJW that fell out of my pouch!
So, this stuff can get there safe and sound with nothing but a toploader? Wow!
