Has anyone on the board had problems (or not) lately with eBay seller collectibles2sell?

I am in a situation with them which is somewhat bizarre, given successful past dealings with them --
On June 26, I paid for about $200 in auction items, paying by Visa through their checkout software. I then receive a confirmation from them on June 27 that they received my payment, and are processing my order. Usually, after that (either the same or the next day) I get a confirmation that my order has shipped, and get a USPS tracking number. However, THIS time i have not heard a peep from them. No e-mails, phone calls, nothing. I e-mailed them four times, and called three times (leaving voice messages), none of which have been returned.
Now, I do not think they skipped town, because they appear to be filling orders and receiveing positive feedback. Three days ago I filed an item not recieved notice through Ebay, and still have heard no response from the seller.
I think it is likely my order just got bungled, but I cannot get their attention. It seems my only recourse at this point is to place the Visa charge in dispute and/or leave negative feedback -- I hate to do either, but the lack of communication is really disappointing.

FWIW, I've bought a few cheap hole-fillers and some mint sets from them without incident.
