Well I'm gonna brave the weather and go to the Jaguars 1st scrimage of the preseason. Try to get some autos. I'll post if I have any luck. GO JAGS

Well I'm home from the Jags "teal" vs "white" scrimage. Teal was defense and defense won.

My son got 11 autos including Matt Jones on a ball cap. He also got 2 cards signed, one by David Garrard (2002 Prestige) and one by Mike Pearson (2002 Topps). Ernest Wilford got about 3 people away from us before the horn sounded. Leftwich never made it close. I didn't see Fred Taylor or Jimmy Smith signing. (doesn't mean they weren't, I just didn't see em.)

Fred Taylor was dressed in a Jersey and teal sweats - didn't play.
Greg Jones - ran good a couple carries over 5 yards
Fu - ran tough but was stopped for short carries too
Leftwich - didn't get things going very good.
David Garrard-IMO looked better than Leftwich
Quinn Gray-Looked ok too
Jimmy Smith, caught a couple, dropped a couple.
Matt Jones - caught a couple, fast and looked good...missed an overthrown pass in the end zone, but almost made it spectacular.
Alvin Pearman - looked good, big punt return, ran good, caught at least one pass that I can remember.
Chad Owens - fast, fast, fast. big kick/punt returns, a few catches and a couple drops.

Defense had 3 INTs. Rasheen Mathis had one, don't remember the others. Defense had a couple sacks too. Defense had a goal line stand.

Both kickers made 54 yard FGs with about 5-7 yards to spare for both. Both were kicking kick-offs into the endzone, several over 5 yards deep.

Oh well GO JAGS!!!!!!

How did Greg Jones look? and Reggie?

Greg looked good and scored a TD (the only TD). Reggie caught a couple and looked good. I think all the receivers had drops though.
