I have the original and also this most recent copy. Although the price estimates are low (at least in the areas I collect) it is still nice to have a reference anyway. I believe most of this stuff isn't in the other Krause books, or, if it is, then this copy has images whereas the other Krause only provides a list.
This is the book that catalogs pieces issued by non-recognized issuing authorities, such as private mints (although a notable exception is the Frankiln Mint) and is basically a reference manual for collectors of NCLTs that may not have been issued through "official" channels.
