If the 1986 Tiffany is far-reaching, the 1987 BARRY BONDS Topps TIFFANY is a nice addition of the RARE Home Run hitter.

    I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.

    None of Bonds' mainstream cards are rare, even the lesser-produced ones. The market is knee-deep in 9's and 10's. DSL and 4SC and the larger modern dealers all have a room full of Bonds rookies that came from the grader at less than 9. But here's the Buy, Sell, Trade Forum.

    If you cracked that out of the 8.5 slab and resubmitted to Beckett, chances are good at this low point in their history that you'd get BGS 9.5 ... 9 at the very worst. Good luck.

    Stingray - without looking at my Beckett Almanac, I think they made 15000 Tiffany sets in 1987.
