71-72- Cutoff

Been on the boards for about 6 months. Does PSA ever have a $5 per card fee for anything before 1972. I have alot of cards from 69, 70 and 71 and the only specials are for commons. 1972 could be stars as in this months special. It seems to me there isn't that much difference in these years. Did they have to make a cutoff somewhere and will this cutoff change in 2 or 3 years?

    LOL what? Did they have to make a cut off somewhere? Um well yeah they did. image and there have been many specials for the 60's etc. Just give it time. I believe a 50's special is coming next.
