It's some kind of silver round. It's housed in a lucite case and it says the sculptor is Karen Worth.

    Doesn't have the weight noted, just .999 fine silver on the case label. It's slightly larger in diameter and thickness than a Silver Eagle. The complete label reads:

    The B.C.S Wars Of The Roses Medal
    .999 Fine Silver Proof
    27th Commemorative Medal Issued By
    The Britannia Commemorative Society
    Sculptor - Karen Worth

    Edited to add: With the lucite case it weighs 3 oz. I'm tempted to take it out and weigh it.

    Well, this is pretty cool. Popped it out of the case, and it weighs 1.5 oz. I'll bet the dealer thought it was a one ounce since he sold it to me for $10. He had about a dozen of various designs. I may have to make another trip. image
