Why can't I freakin' remember no freakin' qualifiers, grades inside

Just sent these in on a lark, some for the ryan set. I have forgot my last 3 submissions to specify no qualifiers. WHY WHY WHY Lucky the same special is avaiable

PS I thought for shizzle the 71 Ryan would come back recolored.

    Ted I think that the 9oc qualifier is not that bad. if the same card graded a 7 would that make it a better card? I am of the opinion that a 9oc is a much better card then a straight 7. Centering can be seen with the naked eye. a card graded 7 has not only the centering to deal with but an added burden. many will see the centering and think that the card also may have some hidden flaw. Of course cards that are 9oc can be graded lower then 7 too. I wish that PSA never even allowed those that submit that choice. a card is what it is. you agree?

    I wish I could sell like Nomar "PSA 10 50,0000"! For the most part, a resub would probably result in a straight 8, or 9 for thsat matter. Those stickers are so tough to judge. When the Jordan and ewing left I really thought they had a shot at 10's. I willscan em when they come back. As far as the o/c goes, I wish they wre just plain nines! I do have a psa 9 o/c in my 55 topps set, in the year a qualified 9 is still somehing special.
