When you send in your 6 free Submission Voucher what do you right on the outside of the box????

I'm about to send in my complimentary submission (6 crossovers), and the instructions say to write "Club" on many areas outside of the box.

thanks.. i boxed it all up and forgot what the voucher said to write on it.. Didn't want to have to open the package.
