Thomas Hearns - Idiot

I just happen to catch on the news that Tommy Hearns is fighting again. What is up with that. He has any brain cells left to kill off? He is 46 and fighting some out of shape shlub. Dude are you that desperate for money or the limelight?

    I haven't heard Hearns speak recently, but hearing him speak a number of years ago he was obviously punchdrunk with muddled words, etc. Some of these fight promoters absolutely have no shame. Except for some rare exceptions out there, Hearns is probably the typical broke fighter in his forties thinking he can regain the glory and win some money. His promoters will make the money and Hearns will suffer more brain damage. Such is boxing...and I happen to be a boxing fan although not as much as I used to be.

    he probably is broke. Its not uncommon. Even Max Schmeling fought for 2 years after WWII in his forties to earn some money before he got rich in business ventures.

    I thought that I heard on the radio that he was fighting in order to help promote his son's career. It looks like his son fought that same night and won(7-0 now).
