1992 Russia 100 ruble Gold trial Democracy coin?!

Here is a trial coin, or rather two planchets that made me wonder for a VERY long time. Again, I have posted this in CoinPeople.com, but seems like no one is able to reply, similar to the Japanese Coin die that I had no idea of.
The following picture is here:

Notice that this seems awfully similar to
one of the following coins here
in terms of theme and designing aspect, as it tries to commemorative the soverignity, democracy and revital.
Now notice that this supposedly trial coin has the MMD (Moscow) mark. But the commemorative coin was minted in LMD (leningrad/St. Petersburg)!!! What is more astonishing is that this coin has a denomination of 100 rubles with the ultra scarce Kremlin on the obverse. Note that they were never minted in that denomination!!! Or even had plans to be minted the Kremlin in gold too!!!
Of course... these planchets aren't gold...![image](https://us.v-cdn.net/6027503/uploads/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif)
Other difference in the details you can see is in the reverse, but the theme is nearly the same.
Now: What do you think these planchets are? Genuine trial coins but not even catalogued?
Or just some fantasy coins?
But it does have the MMD mark... who knows what happened...
