Site is not available (looks like no default page) just a directory listing. Also the SSL cert is bound to the wrong domain.

click his lower link and it works fine. He just threw an "S" at the end of the "http" on the top one..

Under the "Start Bid" column you should show the required opening bid.

Listing fees?

There are no listing fees, the $5 credit is for final value fees and upgrade fees, all of which are very low. $5 will last a long time.
