I am offering a 1913 S Barber Quarter graded Good 4 in an older PCI green holder. The coin is accurately graded and has more detail than one I have in a PCGS Good 4 holder. These have been going for $ 1,400 plus on EBAY in PCGS holders. I want $ 1,250.00 delivered for the coin or its off to PCGS for a crossover. Email me at dackley@nemontel.net.
