Crossover Question

I am about to submit some crossovers to PSA, however there's one thing I'm not sure of. I know I can specify a minimum grade for each crossover, but can I also specify no qualifiers? I'm planning to write "NO QUALIFIERS" clearly on the invoice, and also put an NQ next to each minimum grade I specify. Does PSA comply with this? I'd definitely rather get a m/g on some of my crossovers than an 8OC or PD or something.
