anyone deal with nwest_coast_sports on ebay?

I've had to file a complaint through paypal with this seller. Looks like he/she is selective on who he mails stuff to. It seems a couple people have already left feedback and one left positive for not receiving the items. Should I go ahead and leave negative too or wait till paypal makes a decision? In my several years on ebay, this is a first.

    CJ - I take it you won something, paid with paypal and never rec'd the goods. Paypal should take care of you - the seller has to prove he sent the material or they automatically find in your favor. This is not a feedback issue. Hold off on that until you get your problem resolved (or not).

    looks like another person left nwest a negative...guess I'll wait on paypals outcome, he has until 8/6 to reply...probably no money in his account.
