Well, I had some info and links to post with this but I don't know what I did with it and I'm lazy so I'll just post the pics by themselves.

Does anyone know if there was a series for this expo and if this is a part of it?

Belgium built a colonial pavilion at the expo to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the foundation of the Congo Freestate. Hence the Congo theme of your medal.
