1956 Mantle PSA???

I was looking for a 1956 PSA Mantle and came across this. This guy outright lies in his posting.

My favorite is:

Contact must be made with seller within 24 hours of close of auction. iF YOU PAY AFTER 24 HOURS TIME YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT UP TO 2 WEEKS TO RECIEVE ITEM. I will ship item a soon as payment is received. Paypal is the safest and fastest way to pay for the item. I highly recommend you buy insurance for this item. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED!!!

Not sure why I have to wait up to 2 weeks if I pay after 24 hours.

I live about 30 minutes from this guy. I'm going to ask if I can pick up in person.

    sent this off to him--- This is not PSA graded. It is graded by PRO. Failure to change this in your description, you will be reported to Ebay.

    Let's see how long it takes with a reply.

    What a lying sack of sh*t this seller is - unbelievable! Maybe he never studied the alphabet and can't tell the letters PRO from PSA!

    Seller just mailed back that I could pick the item up in person.

    Maybe he is just looking for a bid on his auction?

    You're mistaking this Micky Mantle auction for the much more desirable Mickey Mantle card.
