Win Pitcher .... or anyone else for that matter ... Why do some of these non sport card collectors register multiple sets of the same set on the registry?

    Hi halos

    cuz they have them maybe?

I know I have seen the same situation in the baseball card sets too.

I know a guy that has 4 mars attacks sets.

he outbids me all the time for the last few remaing cards that i need.

I have no idea other then my first thought above.

I really never noticed anyone else doing it besides that guy. (for non sports)

    you mean there are more?

    SD
    Good for you.

My situation is a little odd ( I think). I requested that the Uncle Sam & Home Defense set be listed on the Registry. The 3 Cert. Nos. I listed were 2 Semi-Hi Nos. (97 - 120) and 1 Hi No. (121 - 144). PSA puts on only the 97 - 144 Set. I contacted PSA explaining that I wanted the entire 144 card set listed. So PSA added the second set set without deleting the first. Now I have the same cards listed in 2 Different sets. I have 4 sets shown in the Registry set listing but I'm only collecting 3 sets. Don't know if this happened to anyone else.
