submission of raw high relief

Hello,

I purchased for a very low price a Flat-rim High Relief saint and am sending it to Heritage for initial evaluation before submission to PCGS. I have the eBay auction picture if that will help. I am concerned about its authenticity and history of cleaning, if any.

I welcome your advice.

Value depends on final grade. I'm sure Heritage can answer your questions once they see the coin.
