Both are scarce, in fact, rare in mint!

I questioned how it could be graded a PSA 9 off-centered so much (from top to bottom)? But I bid and won it anyway! LOL!

I counted 31/69 T/B, well out of tolerance for the 9. IMO PSA forgot to put the OC qualifier - not the first time that's happened.
