PSA/DNA "Quick Opinion"

I am about to make a purchase from a seller who had the card autograph by the player. In addition to that, he had it PSA/DNA "Quick Opinion" which came back LIKELY GENUINE.
Has anyone ever bought/had a card that came back LIKELY GENUINE through PSA/DNA Quick Opinion but when sent to PSA/DNA for grading came back as Fake Auto?
