Coming off the sweep of Baltimore who is FADING fast.

Schilling blows it again. He has a Kevin Brown-like ERA.

Hmm I specifically someone bragging about picking BALTIMORE for the wild card.

Hmmm who could that possibly be...bragging about what a great pick he had made early in this season?

So I might be wrong. Are you ever wrong? Do you have the balls to admit it if you are? The season is not over yet. Baltimore has had a lot of injuries but real champions continue to win in spite of them.

Schilling may have a "Kevin Brown" like ERA - but that is where the comparison stops. Kevin Brown is an embarassment to himself, his team, and all of MLB. He had the nerve to glare at "old" Joe Torre the other night as Torre came out to stop the bleeding against the Angels after barely 3 innings. Not to mention all of Brown's other great moves like punching walls, and being surly to just about everyone.

Don't insult Schilling like that again. image

Very embarassing for someone with an ego as big as his stomach.

But, I wouldn't give up on Schilling just yet. He'll be starting games soon enough, and winning them. Brown will just continue to disgrace himself.

Not from what I have seen. I look forward to that. image

Does Schilling willing the BoSox to victory, bleeding foot and all, still burn in that yankee-induced haze you live in spammy?

Schilling being a better pitcher than anyone currently on the yankees roster, and obviously with more heart than the whole lot of em?

I don't agree with Schilling's politics, or his outspoken demeanor, or his willingness to let his ego overcome his mouth. But the man can pitch. And that's all that counts on the diamond.
