Coolest2 is auctioning a complete set of Jefferson Full-step Nickels on eBay. Auctions will start at the end of July and run through August and September. 204 coins (145 Business strikes, 3 SMS, 56 Proofs) will be auctioned individually, starting with the 2001 dated coins and descending to earlier dates, one day at a time. All but a few of the very rarest coins are guaranteed, “no-question”, Full-steps. Many of the earlier dates (40’s, 50’s and 60’s) will be available slabed by PCGS. However, most “common” dates will be sold raw, allowing those with a good eye to find the MS66’s and 67’s for just a few dollars. Good photos will be available. We will be determining the real value of Full-step Jefferson Nickels, since all auctions will be start at 5 cents and will have no reserve price. Coolest2 is the e-Bay seller name.
