Old catalogs

Is it possible to find old general/international stamp catalogs really cheap? I've had stamps all my life, but never collected seriously. A while ago I bought an older Canadian stamp catalogue but I also want an international one. It doesn't have to be that recent, even one fromthe 80s or 90s would work for me to get started.

I believe Subway Stamp is selling 1999 editions of the Scott catalogs for around $5/each. You can look on eBay or other auction sites as most have older catalogs available. Someone is auctioning 3 volumes of the 2005 editions on Stamporama and current bids are $15 and $16.

Many of the auctions have a literature section with old catalogs which are very reasonable.
