SMR mags

Does everyone keep their SMR magazines? Do they ever get sold in a year batch or
individually?
ebay:1967topps
1967and 1973 Topps baseball wantlists (any condition) welcome. Once had the #14 ATF 1967 set. Yet another collector like skylaneflyer, gimel1 who made it to the completion of 1967 only to need the money more than the company of 609 close friends.
Looking for oddball Norm Cash and Cleon Jones stuff, and 1956 team cards

I keep mine. I did give one away at a show in Toronto. I haven't seen any for sale in lots.

  • Worst. Magazine. Ever.
  • Not the best magazine ever, but I keep mine. The earliest issue that I've got is the blue/white type from 1995 or 96.

    The cover is priceless.

The Goudey prices are equally outrageous.

    The '33 Babe Ruth's booked at $8 k in PSA 8 and $15 k in PSA 9 (the #53 was $11.5 and $20). The HOF'ers averaged $500-700 as an 8 and $1,100 to $1,500 in PSA 9.

'34 Goudey #1 Foxx booked at $1,300 in PSA 8! Both Gehrigs are at $4,750 in PSA 8 and and a whopping $9 k in PSA 9.

As for the Diamond Stars, $700 for a Mint Mel Ott, $1,000 for Jimmy Foxx. Most of the stars booked for $275 to $400 in PSA 8 and $500 to $700 in PSA 9.

Some cards are actually down (Seaver, Ryan rookies in NM-MT).

1980 Rickey Henderson PSA 10 for $180 and going down! I can email scans if anyone is interested in more prices.

Yep, that's it. No articles, no commentary, no ads. Looks like a newletter.
  • I bought a lot of 13 on ebay for real cheap. I think the total was maybe fifteen dollars, and most of that was shipping charges.
