    Welcome aboard! Wrong forum though.
  • Ease up people. This is a collector's website and I think that if someone wants to post "Opportunities" on each of the forums, we all benefit. I do not necessarily look on each forum every day and am pleasantly surprised when I see a sale on this forum during the times that I am not looking. Hence, if you don't want to read it, then don't read the spam. It is not like we have a limited amount of posting space on each forum and you can generally tell by the title what the content is. Therefore, let it be.
  • Imagine if 5 or 10 people a day started spamming...

That's why we have the buy sell trade boards.

I think it is different when a contributing member of this forum who has some kind of relationship with people and knows the needs of other members posts their auctions...

There are plenty of members of this forum who have been long time members that don't spam their auctions. It's a similar ethos to not trying to go "all the way" on the first date.

    Don't "poop" where you eat.

I understand that the seller was just using smart advertising and was thoughtful enough to put spam in the title... but still... busting their chops a little is part of the "welcoming" process to any newbie who would do that.

  • Good luck with your sales; as a new to the boards the above comments should surfice.
