1956 SMR Help

Can anyone give me the SMR for 1956 Willie Mays in PSA 7 and 8? Does anyone know if SMR is accurate or if these normally go for more or less than book?

    Not sure how accurate the pricing is for the higher grades. A PSA 6 recently sold on eBay for $129.00 and the SMR is $180.00. image
