Listings ending during the National

Any thoughts on this? Probably doesn't matter much, but will there be a more limited audience browsing Ebay for cards during the next week? Comments are appreciated...

It takes 2 bidders to drive the price up, why take the risk of one of them being out of town?

Always looking for Topps Salesman Samples, pre '51 unopened packs, E90-2, E91a, N690 Kalamazoo Bats, and T204 Square Frame Ramly's

  • The thought ran through my head. Sniping is more and more popular so I'm sure quite a few people set them before going to the national. I don't think it'd make a big difference, plus, sometimes there can be a flood of a card after the national on ebay.

Please have all your auctions be 3 days and end on Saturday night or Sunday morning of the National. image

Thanks for the opinions - kind of what I was thinking. Even though the National attracts a lot of people, it can only be a small percentage of the collectors who shop Ebay regularly...but, with my luck - my usual customers will be away, and I'll end up selling many cards for a bit less than they should go for.
