A very conservative grader

I thought you guys might get a kick out of the conservative grading on the nm-mt cards from a seller. Check auction #5221495952.

And some of you were wondering if there was still some high grade vintage out there. He has over 2000 of them.

He cut and pasted a recent sellers description who did in fact appear to be selling nrmt/mt raw cards.

He's at 97.5% feedback rating, which seems like he has a lot of disappointed customers, and his negiatives reveal he has a bad habit of selling demo versions of video games as if they were the full game.

He did however state in another auction:

But these cards are in "GREAT to EXCELLENT Condition" (as long as you didn't want the borders on your T-205s).

$.01 for a Del Crandall with a penpoint sized hole is the SMR.

I don't see where he claims it's any particular grade, but the description has been revised.

In his original description he described the cards as nm/mt. Now the description is accurate. Maybe the email that was sent to him made the difference in getting the description corrected. If it did then Stingray may have helped some bidders that don't know better save some money. Kind of like the old cowboy movies, "The PSA Board to the rescue".
