Just curious. Was thinking of buying something from him/her but his auctions are private. Though he has like 3000+ sales and a 99.7 rating with no negs in the past 6 months. Anyone?
I just have to wonder who gets the short end of the stick on this one: this guy either has a second ebay account which sells the leftover packs to unsuspecting consumers, sells the leftover packs at a shop he owns or works for, or he's searching boxes at stores (both hobby stores and retail most likely if this is the case) and leaving everybody else without the potential for a hit. To be perfectly honest, this seller is either stealing from or defrauding quite a few people, and supporting this guy by buying some of those auctions is something I wouldn't do... however, if you have a differing ethical POV, his buyers seem satisfied

Thanks for the pm ctsoxfan and thank you for the reply bjork. I think I got had, yet again, but we'll see. I received an email from the seller, after of course I emailed him asking a few questions. In it he states he buys the packs from 2 dealers and that they are NOT resealed, lol. I'm sure he's not being 100% truthful. Yet another live and learn experience for me! Thanks again for the replies.
