Puzzling sale that could turn bad.

Alright, I've sold a card for several hundred and the high bidder was from Taiwan. Fine and all, but the buyer pays via paypal with an unconfirmed shipping address, requests Global Express and pays the fee, and also put in the request to not put the value of the card on the package. It took him a week to pay and for some reason he wants all this and other demands done immediately.
There is no way around the third part if I am fully going to insure the package, which is definitely what I would do, even that might not help me shipping to an unconfirmed address.
Does any of this sound like it could turn bad or am I looking too deep into things?

Remember that internet-speak sometimes comes across as short and perhaps demanding. There also could be a language problem, which is not translating well.
I would send the package fully insured and leave it at that..............You are covered..........although he may have to pay some extra duty on his end.

I live in the US Virgin islands and two or three years ago I had problems with "confirmed" address with credit card transactions etc. I (we) do not have that problem anymore but it was a pain back them to do internet transactions because of my Virgin islands address.
The fact that he was able to make a paypal payment at all.................

I'm not sure if this is exactly the case here, but an old buyer scamming trick (in any form of business) is for the scammer to keep demanding things which the scammer thinks will divert your attention from your main focus and that is of getting paid. If the buyer says he didn't get the package and it was delivered to an unconfirmed address, you already realize that is a problem. I've never had it happen to me yet but from what I understand PayPal will automatically debit your account when there is a "lost" package from an unconfirmed address - so you of course didn't get paid.
