The smudge over the sholder that moves up and to the left is on the holder. The light area just abive the B in LIBERTY apears to be a very light divit. Contrary to the pic, I see no lightening on the coin there. The streak that starts with the first nine in the date and moves up and to the right is on the holder. The "vein" that you see in the luster patch in front of the eyes is micro chatter. Both sides have micro chatter in the fields, not distracting and consistent with the grade. I would concider this a really nice coin, but it wont upgrade. It has nice eye appeal with no eyesores.
