Seller claims this 1986 OPC Mattingly Rookie Card TCA 9 equals a PSA 10 (and a BGS 9.5). Seller did have a neg feedback where the buyer claims he was sold a fake?

Anyone ever hear of TCA?

Not a bad holder. Reminds me of when Acugrade sold the holders and you could slab your own cards and make your own flips.

Actually, I wouldn't mind putting some of my cards in holders like these and make my own custom flip.

Other than that - I'm clueless to how many basement - garage graders are out there?
