Mike,
I hope you don't mind that I stole this from your post in the Heritage thread. It took me a while to find it, so this will be easier for me to find next time. I have a couple of Cracker Jack cards that need to go back, so thanks for originally posting this.
Topps Return:
1. Address: Topps, 401 York Ave., Duryea, PA, 18642-2035 - 800-489-9149; for replacement also put ATTENTION: Consumer Relations.
2. If you want to return "card for card" exchange - limit it to 25 cards - list the cards by number in order.
3. You can also send the cards for "random" replacement - I recommend this for commons since you will most likely get SP's as part of the random replacement - I sent them in 100 per request - no complaints and from a total of 200 (approx) replacements got back about 45-50 SP's!
don't worry about the condition they don't care - I ding them so that it is a no brainer!
4. The last time I sent cards in, they did request that in the future, I submit them with a proof of purchase or UPC code tab from the box.
5. I recommend that you give minimum insurance as a "record" of the submission in case there is a problem.
The service last year was lightning fast and cards came to me in good shape. This is definitely worth the time!
I have noticed two problems this year - some cards with a slight vertical indentation on the left side near the white border and some very faint print lines/scratch also vertical around the portraits - nothing as bad as last year but still interesting - there's no reason for any of this crap - this is the simplest of production cards compared to the UV coated, "Dufex", Chromed technology of other cards IMO.

By the way, for anyone reading this - this year Topps got wise to people turning in boat loads of dinged commons looking for SPs - they no long include them - I did get some but others later said NONE!
The return policy overall is very good and their speed is to be commended!
