that baseball exists outside of the New York Yankees and Boston Red Sox? The game on ESPN tonight will be.......NYY vs. BOS. And the Sunday night game of the week is...........wait for this surprise........NYY vs. BOS!! OMG, I didn't see that one coming!!

    I agree with that, but I can't say I blame them. They are 2 of the biggest markets, and this is a heated rivlary so will attract viewers outside those 2 markets.

    So what else is new? It's all about ratings of course. I'm looking forward to watching these games.

    You make a good point, but what else are they going to show? This is one of baseball's biggest rivalries, and a lot of the country likes to root against the Yankees no matter who they play.

    it is all about ratings. when they do NYvsBoSox people watch nationwide, but most other match ups just do not have the draw nationally, so when those two are playing, you can bet they will show them.
