I'd say GVF too, although i hate grading coins like this one because it's a borderline candidate. The coins is overall GVF, the reverse looks to be VF (see the wear on the harp and the Scottish lion), the obverse seems to have AEF details, but is generally GVF.
Nice to find one with a better obverse than reverse, usually the obverse wears the worst.
I am personally having a tough time giving it better than VF due to the poor picture (I err on the low side with bad pictures). Let us know when it is in hand!!
