Certified World Coin Dealers/ How is the market?

Can some of you folks please give me some links to some good World coin dealers that deal in PCGS or NGC certified world coins. I am looking for some older stuff.

In looking at the NE list the prices seem at the top. I have not been in this market for a couple of years. Is the World market this hot?

I am not a gold collector but NE carries quality stuff and the prices reflect that, though they will negotiate on coins marked as 'make offer'

Many of the World coins I sell go overseas, especially to the UK and Germany.

As ajaan already indicated, most UK coins go back to the UK these days.

In my opinion, yes it is in some areas.
