Ebay/Email problem, help appriciated :D

So my most recent auctions ended a few days ago and I'm having a problem(sort of)with one of the buyers. He emails me saying that he's going to send a check for the auction but also asks why my shipping is so high(is 4 dollars high? I just put that on all my auctions except bigger/heavier items I put 5). He then says he's not going to pay until I respond to his email. I've tried emailing him back 3-4 times and I keep getting a delivery failure notice. I've also tried sending him messages through ebay but it doesn't seem to be going through either. Any advice on what I can do? On a side note I really don't know why he would bid, not ask any questions and then complain about the shipping charges. Also he won the card for .99 cents, lol. Not a GREAT card but it is an autographed Jim Rice card #'ed fairly low. /end my rant. Again any advice is appriciated, I'd rather not get a neg over this, especially since it would be over a 99 cent item. Thanks!

  • Some semi-viable options:

    1. Do nothing until you hear from him again. (If you do not hear from him, "forget about it.")

    2. Send him the card at no charge, postage paid. In the envelope, enclose a bill for 99-cents.
(If you do not hear from him, "forget about it.")

No matter the outcome: Make sure that he does not win any more of your auctions.

Every deal cannot be a good deal, as you know.

You can also file a non paying bidder and that he will get.

Jim Rice autos sell for 99 cents? Sheesh. I may just become a Rice collector!
