A week ago, I would have said don't bother. It's a 1/1 its not going to make it any more valuable right. But I just sold a 1/1 BGS 9.5 and the purchaser said he only buys "graded" 1/1's.
So if there are only a few people out there like that - it will increase the number of potential customers.
A lot of the modern serial-numbered cards with their GU this and that, won't even fit in a PSA holder because of the thickness.
I agree there's not much point as far as the grading. EVERY card produced today is a pretty much a 10, isn't it? That's why the $1,000 card AJW linked to has me scratching my head. Is Billy Butler guaranteed to be the next Pujols / Bonds / Mantle, all rolled into one?
