You may not get the coin pictured like they promiss!
For those that don't get to the Open Forum.....
See this link
Check out the links posted....Ikedollardeals has some nice stock pics of Ikes. They keep using the same
pics over and over for short 1-3 day auctions. Claiming that you will get the coin in the pic.
Needless to say, I didn't get the coin in the pic.
I was told "You got the coin in the picture, and I can prove it!"
So I went digging and found LOTS of their Ike auctions like this...posted some of the links to compare easily
on the other thread. (There are more!)
Buyer beware!
Happy Hunting!

He is a board member!
Pics are identical, so something is going on.
I trust Brian's opinion. Bait and switch!!!
Ike Specialist
Finest Toned Ike I've Ever Seen, been looking since 1986
<<I hate to say this but at $3.00 a coin did you really expect ms66's?>>
No,...but I did expect the coin that was pictured, (she stated it would be) and yes,....in my opinion
that one had a good shot at 66. FAR different than the 62 with prints that I actually got.
And if they had just forgotten to delete a pic here or there,...that's OK....I make mistakes too.
But, to purposely list 7 different Ike dates multiple times, with above average stock pics, stating the buyer will get the coin
pictured,.....then, I have a problem with that! Sellers like that make it hard for eBay to be trusted.
Ikedollardeals had a great con going.....no one is going to send a back a $3 coin when it cost them almost $5 ($4.95).
in s//h/i...that the seller refuses to refund.
Sure, it's not a LOT of money,....but, do it enough times with quick 1-3 day auctions and it adds up quick!!
James,
Yes, Mike actually got ONE out of the 4 coins pictured.....3 of the coins he won and received were NOT the ones pictured....
He just said "thank you!" and nothing else, because he is a nice guy.
Probably the same thing that I would have done and just chalked it up to be a "lesson learned" and NOT buy from
this seller again..........BUT, the person gave me sooooo much BS when I asked for a full refund, I started digging
a little and found that this seller is doing a LOT this........It just doesn't sit well with me....So, I spoke up to warn others
and posted links, so they could see for themselves.
Thanks for the trust!
Happy Hunting!

One of the recent raw purchases I made was for a type 3 Ike, that was listed as MS unc , and wound up grading AU55.
I will purchase NGC,Anacs, to cross over to PCGS but no more raw coins. Sorry If I answered with a lack of sympathy.
