Is this the ugliest freaking "4" you've ever seen? totally rounded corners, print line/rub right through his face, moderate toning. amazingly it sold using the BIN for full SMR in less than a day.

I need this card for my set, but I simply could not go for this one since the eye appeal is such crap to me. opinions?! Am I too picky?!

the piss-yellow background doesnt help make the card attractive at all.. kinda fugly..

this is where the whole grading thing has opponents. I have some 38 goudeys that are "5"s with no toning, corners in the 7-8 range, perfectly centered, absolutely beautiful but have a miniscule surface wrinkle that isn't even visible through the case and it is supposedly only ONE step better than this piece of crap. Its insane.

The card does not look good, but perhaps the yelow background makes the cards background look more yellow?

I just don't get it. The card looks like a 2 to me, MAYBE a 3. But a 4?! multiple drag lines through joes face?! completely round corners?! dirty- ness all over the place?! rough edges?! Its almost like because it isn't creased it gets a 4. there is no defense for that grade given in my opinion. where are ye big hurt?!
