    Fleer really doesn't have that much in assets other then the card names "Fleer Tradition" - "Fleer Ultra" etc...
    Just a way that Upper Deck can crank out the card presses w/o diluting their own UD product base...jay

    The current owners paid something like 26M but that was for the whole kit and kaboodle. It looks like they're just selling off the card and collectible portion to Upper Deck. image
