PCGS and ASE milk spots

What will PCGS do if anything regarding milk spots on ASE's.
Will they repalce them, tell ya to go jump in da lake or chastise you for having modern crap or all 3

We have been spending money with some scientists trying to figure out what causes the spots, how they develop, and if they can be removed. We believe it may be something that happens at the mint. Spots on mint sttate silver eagles never come off. Spots on proof silver eagles sometimes come off.
